  • Prepare a juice from 1/2 fodder cabbage leaf and 1 stalk of celery. Add water and sweeten with honey.
  • Eat a boiled green banana daily. 
  • Make a smoothie from 1 banana and 1 slice of papaya. Drink two a day.
